TUNA ist eine Zürcher Produktionsfirma für alle Formen von Branded Content von TV, Cinema bis hin zu Dokumentationen – ein Schweizer Herz mit globalen Adern. Unsere preisgekrönten internationalen Regisseure sind auf dem Schweizer sowie teils auf dem deutschen und österreichischen Markt exklusiv bei TUNA unter Vertrag. Wir sind der Meinung, dass in einer zunehmend globalisierten Welt jeder Werbespot mit den besten verfügbaren Mitarbeitern produziert werden sollte. Gleichzeitig liegt uns die regionale Beschaffung am Herzen, denn durch sie kann die lokale Wirtschaft positiv beeinflusst werden. TUNA production ist bestrebt, Güter und Dienstleistungen aus dem Umfeld von Zürich und anderen Kantonen einzukaufen und damit die regionale Wirtschaft zu stützen und zudem Emissionen durch Transporte zu verhindern. Unser Ziel ist es, hervorragende Arbeit zu leisten, um etwas zu bewirken – Denn jede Idee ist einzigartig und verdient die besten Ressourcen für ihre filmische Umsetzung.
Tufan Tuna
Founder
Tufan Tuna is the man for even seemingly impossible tasks. What sets him apart is his tireless, goaloriented and friendly manner. Tufan started his career at the legendary London advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather, right in the TV department of Sandy Watson Scott. After his time in London and getting an M.A. in Media Sciences he continued his career at Publicis, where as part of his portfolio he managed Switzerland’s largest bank. In 2010 he finally returned to the film business. With the foundation of TUNA production AG, the Zurich native laid the foundation for a commercial film agency with the highest production standards. There’s no road too long and no mountain too high for him to search for the best possible tailor-made solutions for his clients in order to produce individual and unique films. He’ll happily go the famous extra mile – production value above all. In private Tufan is a political person and committed to animals and the environment. After his studies, he spent six weeks in Costa Rica, where he helped with a large-scale Greenpeace campaign to save sea turtles from extinction. Until today he donates to animal rights organizations after each TUNA production. Last but not least his main commitment includes being the proud father of twins.
Derya Tuna
Executive Producer
Derya is probably one of the most unique and talented film producers in Switzerland. Adding to that she’s also a board member of the "Swissfilm Association" – the renowned professional union of leading Swiss TV, commissioned and commercial film producers. Her great passion for film stands on solid grounds: she was the manager of a sound studio, has had many years of experience in renowned post-production and film production companies and was the Head of TV/Art Buying at Switzerland’s largest advertising agency Publicis. On top of that she holds a Swiss federal Diploma as a Marketing Planner.
Timo Stump
Filmmaker / Jr. Producer
Timo is a go getter. He loves to bring stories to life and is unafraid to start with a blank piece of paper, taking inspiration from the world around him. He’s always on the lookout for beauty – in nature, in people, through photography or with film. With his passion for technology, music and beautiful images, he discovered that film is the perfect medium for him to unite all of those interests. His studies in Multimedia Production sharpened his senses for film production and solidified his skills in communication, social media and good storytelling.
